SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping to Western European destinations is possible, for Cookshack Commercial Export model smokers only. Please do not inquire about shipping to other destinations in, for example, Eastern European Countries, Asia, China etc... as we are unable to ship to these destinations, and will not respond to emails from such. We do not ship to Canada.
Shipping Service is via UPS or FedEx Freight services. Shipping is standard shipping service which does not include powertailgate service. If this service is required, it is available on checkout. Powertailgate includes the following, removal of the shipment from the truck to a location that is within reasonable distance from the truck, all unpacking is the responsibility of the customer. Received shipments should be checked for visible damage and notated on the freight documents by the driver immediately. Damaged shipments should be brought to the attention of The West Coast BBQ Store within 48 hours.
Backwoods Smokers & Accessories:
Shipping charges apply to all Backwoods Smokers at this time. Order turn-around times are from 2 to 6 weeks depending on model. Backwoods Smokers and accessories are shipped within the USA via General Freight at this time, though special arrangements can be made for shipment to other international destinations. Cookshack Home Smokers - Wood & Accessories:
Shipping is FREE on all new Cookshack Home Smokers. Accessories ship free only at time of purchasing your new smoker. Customers wishing to purchase accessories only, or smoking wood, will have shipping charges. Cookshack home use smokers are shipped via UPS only. Tracking is available on all Cookshack purchases within 24 hours of shipping date. Order turn-around times vary from 7 - 14 days depending on model. Cookshack smokers and accessories are shipped within the USA only at this time, though special arrangements may be made for shipment to other international destinations. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will carry freight charges. For Alaska customers we will ship freeof charge to Alaska Marine Lines Receiving Dock Seattle Washington, or any other shipper prefered by the customer on the west coast of the USA. For further shipment (via barge or ship service) to Alaska at customers own expense. Hawaii Customers will need to call us at 1 855 380 6185 toll free for a shipping quote!
Cookshack Home Smokers:
30 day return guarantee. (Home smokers only)
If for any reason within 30 days from date of original purchase you are not fully satisfied with your Cookshack smoker oven you may return it for a full refund less shipping costs. Customer will be responsible for packaging, and all shipping costs. Smoker must not be damaged and show only normal usage. Refund will consist of... original purchase price less original ship to customer costs. Customer must call The West Coast BBQ Store for an RMA# before returning. Under no circumstances will smokers be accepted for return, or for partial credit or refund if no (RMA#) return merchandize authorization was issued from The West Coast BBQ Store. All Cooksahck Home Smokers are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus original shipping costs, if returned after 30 days.

Cookshack Commercial Smokers: 30 day return guarantee (UNAVAILABLE FOR COMMERCIAL SMOKERS)
All Cooksahck Commercial Smokers including Fast Eddy Pellet Smokers are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus original shipping costs, if returned after 30 days. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number issued only by the West Coast BBQ Store. Returns without an RMA will be refused. Authorized Returns shipping costs paid by the customer.

Backwoods Smokers:
Refunds are not available for Backwoods Smokers. We will however under certain circumstances, issue a full store credit or authorize a refund at the discretion of The West Coast BBQ Store depending upon the circumstances. Shipping costs in the advent of an authorized return will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Warranties are through the manufacturer only.
